opening date for their new indoor and outdoor private event venue in St. Louis. NEO is
located on historic Locust Street “Auto Row”, at the corner of Locust and Leffingwell,
within sight of the new Wachovia Securities (formerly A G Edwards) complex.

The historic 40,000 sq ft, four-story building, formerly the showroom and home of
the first Oakland Pontiac Six automobile, is being extensively renovated to host catered
events of any size, and will be particularly well suited to accommodate large charity and
corporate events.

NEO on Locust features multiple floors of dramatic spaces including floor to ceiling
windows, 360º panoramic view of St. Louis, seating for 600+, and a spectacular
landscaped roof garden perfect for outdoor events.
